The Boomtown Rats的I Don’t Like Mondays是一首1979年今天在英國獲得排行榜第一名的歌，住在加州聖荷西的十六歲女孩Brenda Ann Spencer，無預警地走到對街學校兒童遊樂場，開槍射殺了兩個成年人，傷了八個小朋友和一名警員，她犯案前告訴同學要做件大事上電視，犯案後也毫無悔意，只說：I don’t like Mondays，this livens up the day。
